These guys are as through and complete as you could possibly hope and have great instincts on the housing market.

I have personally used them in the sale and purchase of two homes and the process in both cases went without a hitch. You won't go wrong by utilizing their services !!

Marie Davis is a crook.

Here is my final letter to her prior to filing a lawsuit. Apparently in Florida keeping weeds in your yard is a requirement to get a deposit refunded. That yard was an unmitigated disaster from day one, your own statements confirm that. You are literally blaming my dogs for killing weeds. "I realize that there was no lush grass in the back but there was more of it and mostly weeds but it’s what held the dirt in place." Those are YOUR words. If you truly believe a judge is going to say that my dogs being responsible for killing mostly weeds in a yard you agreed to have them in with a $300 deposit is the cause of erosion after 2 hurricanes.... That’s a bet I’ll take. The neighbors and I joked when we first met a month after moving in about the LEANING of the fence because all the dirt that was washing down the hill. You and I discussed the condition of the yard. How it was always going to be a problem until it was properly landscaped. That yard has NEVER been maintained since the home was built and I am sure when we subpoena the last several tenants, they will verify the yard was a sand box for all practical purposes. I guarantee the home owner will be unable to provide any landscaping receipts showing anything ever invested in the yard. If there was a requirement that I maintain a certain level of weeds in the yard why was that not specified in the lease, everything else certainly was. The lease is pretty meticulous. It even mentions wiping water from floors after exiting the shower. The lease is overly thorough and yet not a mention of "weeds". I will not be held responsible for hurricane damage. It is widely known and documented that even well landscaped yards on slopes suffered greatly during the hurricanes, yet my weed filled beach on a slope is a different story? The yard nearest the home never had grass or weeds, that is 100% hurricane damage from rain runoff from the roof. Your whole premise is that my dogs killed the weeds. Maybe we should have agreed my dogs should tip toe around all the weeds? What you have is a homeowners claim for erosion, not a right to keep my money To refute your assumption that I did not level the yard, I did pay a guy $140.00 to rake the sand and clean up front and back. You have purposely avoided contacting me on dates and times we agree on. This has been ongoing since 6/24 when you first started avoiding me. I have documented pictures where you actually did damage to the blinds upstairs and actually admitted it. You ask me to trust you and invest more of my time for you to return my deposit yet it appears you are simply stretching this out looking for ways to keep the deposit. It leads me to believe there may be other financial issues involved. You have proven to not be reliable or trustworthy. Investing my time and money into your empty and hollow promises will not be happening. My only offer is this. Ill offer the $300.00 pet deposit plus an additional $200.00. That is $500.00 I will expect $3200.00 in my account on the 15th as law requires. Otherwise, we will go to court and due to the absurdity of your case being weeds based there will be attorney fees. My attorney is ready to file a lawsuit and honestly is chomping at the bit, but that’s what attorneys do. This entire email chain will be posted to social media and review sites that rate and review real estate agents and real-estate companies. The ball is in your court. Mike

My home sold two days after it went on the market for the second time.

Closing took place 30 days later. Marie kept me informed throughout the stressful process. Job well done Marie. Thank you.

It’s always a great pleasure working with Marie.

She gets things done, and always with a smile!

John immediately projected the friendliest hand forward when I met him.

Over the course of a few months, he stuck with me and worked hard to get me my new home which is my dream castle like structure. He and Peter were wonderful and understanding and never pushed me for something I didn't like or anything out of my budget. John was a wealth of knowledge proven by his years of experience knowing origins of designs, models, plants, and a keen eye for things I might want to be wary of. Honestly it was like having a wise father guide me to my home and I thank him very much!

Tyler Garibay

John was very professional and knowledgeable.

We came down to Florida to look for a new home and the 2nd house we looked at was the one we chose. But we still looked at many others during our two day visit. John was very helpful with his knowledge of the area, his restaurant recommendations with everything. We would definitely recommend John to anyone coming to Central Florida and looking for a new home.

John MacFarlane is a wonderful realtor to work with.

Very friendly as always, I have worked with him for years and will continue to as well for any future business transactions.

I consider John MacFarlane to be the ideal agent for homeowners.

I have purchased several homes in my long life and clearly he has been the best realtor. To me, an ideal real estate agent is someone who is knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. They should have a deep understanding of the local real estate market, and be able to provide valuable advice and guidance to their clients. They should also be able to effectively communicate with their clients, and be able to negotiate on their behalf to help them get the best possible deal. In addition, a good real estate agent should be organized, reliable, and responsive, and should be able to handle the many different tasks that are involved in buying or selling a home. John checks all the blocks! 5 Stars!

Dennis R Brooks (Home Owner)

Very friendly, efficient .

Will use his service again

John and Peter worked really hard during, what I consider, the slowest time of year to sell a house (Christmas and New Years), it took some time but we got full price on our sale.

Dave was great to work with and did a great job assisting in our home purchase in Kissimmee, Florida!

He was very understanding on what we were looking for in a home. He provided us with multiple resources on the search. Dave was very attentive to every part of the process and was also available any time we needed his help or had questions. Excellent work! Highly recommended.

A year ago, while visiting family, I happened to walk past the real estate office of John MacFarlane.

Little did I know that that chance meeting would be such an awesome experience. My wife and I were looking to relocate to Debary, FL. to be closer to her mom who had just turned 89. Long story short, John helped us find the right home, continually advocated on our behalf because we are located in Virginia, spent hours each week taking pictures of the progress of our home, and ensuring everything was completed correctly. So, if you are looking for a professional, caring real estate agent, look no further than John MacFarlane.

JIMMY LEE MILLER (Leaders First Training and Development)

John MacFarlane was fantastic to work with!

We met with him and he helped us find the perfect home that afternoon. Our offer was accepted and John was in constant communication with us until we closed and had the keys in our hands. He guided us through the process with his knowledge and expertise. We can not thank John enough for all he did toward getting us in our new home!

Sales in Orange City

I love this company.

They are very diligent in sales and service, and their involvement in charity donations from commission is a practice that is exceptional.

Neilson Cleaning

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received.

He went beyond the normal customer service and acted very professionally in dealing with potential buyers. Since I live in the north John handled all issues and attended required appointments for me. All transactions and paper work was completed remotely and he texted and telephoned me as circumstances needed attention. I highly recommend Mr. MacFarlane and his firm.

David Danner (Trustee )

John was wonderful and so easy to work with.

He was very patient and worked hard through many obstacles that we encountered with the sale of our home. John always kept us in the know. He was not only our realtor but became our friend as well.

Ron and Karen Abt

John MacFarlane is by far the best realtor I have had the pleasure of working with.

During what was a very trying time for me personally, he helped me sell my brother's house in record time and with minimal effort on my part. He was very patient with me and ensured me that all would be OK. If you are looking for someone who can "get the job done " then your next step is to get in touch with John.
